Development of "Whisper" proceeds apace!
Pencilling and inking on the first instalment is now complete and that means we're now on the look-out for someone whose colouring skills can do justice to the terrific B&W images created by penciller Federico Zumel and inker Serge Chatelain!
Think your colours are up to the job? Then what are you waiting for? Read the following details carefully and then send your application to the e-mail address given below!
The position
Applications are invited from colourists able to deal with detailed environments and “real-world” characters in a modern setting.
The project
The project is an action-adventure comic (not super hero). The comic consists of 24 pages and, if successful, would be the first in a series. Applicants will not, however, be asked to commit to more than the first 24 page issue. The comic is already fully pencilled and inked.
Distribution
The completed comic will be submitted to mainstream print publishers. In the meantime, the comic will be both serialised at www.brokenvoice.co.uk and self-published.
The terms
This is not a work-for-hire contract. The successful applicant will be entitled to a share of all future royalties from the sale of the comic and will be given right of first refusal to colour any subsequent issues.
